Passion for preventing & solving the causes of poor physical, emotional & mental ill-health & wellbeing? We need trustees with all kinds of skills & experience, aged 16+, to support & oversee our work as a vibrant, can-do organisation by joining our Board of Trustees.  3 Meetings a year, including our AGM & Celebration.  

Supporting women experiencing their journey through menopause, especially where this affects their mental health & wellbeing, requires a reassuring, empathetic and resourceful leader with excellent listening skills and ability to manage groups and facilitate conversations, workshops and events.  You'll be provided training and allocated your own local team, or you can choose to create a new team in your own community.  You'll join regular training and facilitator team meetings to create a vibrant, fulfilling and exciting network for women across England.

Crucial to good wellbeing is having a safe, healthy home. We need trades people from plumbers to washing machine repairers, gardeners & general builders to support highly vulnerable people to achieve repairs and improvements that literally change their lives.  No fixed commitment, simply pledge to join and you can pick up jobs to suit your time and situation and the type of people you feel passionate to support (e.g the elderly, or veterans, or someone living with cancer).

Sometimes we work on larger team projects in the community too.
